Fastway Express works with reputed brokers and shipping agents at the origin & destination points of your package. We are an authorized agents for major shipping liners including FedEx & DHL.

We have various options for transit time. You may choose from either our Economy service or our Express service. Our Economy service delivers within a 8-12 business days time and our Express service delivers within a 3-6 business days transit time for our International shipping services. For all domestic shipments we can ship overnight to 2 business days through air. Please call our customer support team to confirm transit times.

Yes, we do pick packages from ALMOST any part of the world. Pickup charges may or may not apply depending on your pickup location. Additional charges may apply for out of area pickup or remote area pickup. Please contact our customer support team to learn about pickup charges for your shipment. Once you schedule your shipment on our website we will notify you if shipment is out of area coverage and cannot be pickup up.

Custom duty charges are separate from shipping charges and are never included in shipping quote. Custom charges are ascertained by customs officer at destination country and cannot be ascertained at time of shipment. Custom duties are determined by destination country based on type of shipment, value of shipment, content of shipment and more. Please contact our customer support team if you have additional questions on custom duties.

For India, customs duties are levied around 35% of the value ascertained by Indian Customs Office. Custom duties are calculated at local port. Customs will ascertain value of product as available in India. We can submit an invoice, if you have, to help customs officers ascertain value, but final decision on evaluation is determined by India Customs officer. We cannot provide any estimates for custom duties, please check with your local customs office for additional information.

No, Fastway Express and their destination agent will arrange for custom clearance process and your shipment will be delivered to the door.

Once your shipment reaches India customs officer will ascertain customs duties and notify its destination agent. The destination agent will then contact the recipient to collect the payment for duties payable via bank deposit. Once payment is cleared the shipment will then be released for delivery at your home/office. All shipment are charged at chargeable weight, chargeable weight is higher of actual weight and dimensional weight. For example if actual weight of your package is 5 Kg and dimensional weight is 10 Kg, chargeable weight of shipment will be 10 Kg

  • Any item whose carriage is prohibited by any law, statute or regulations of the country of origin or destination, or of any country through which the shipment may transit.

If you are not sure about an item please contact our customer support or email us to confirm. It is customer’s responsibility to make sure they ask our representative prior to booking a shipment. If an item in the shipment is confiscated by our office or by Customs because it is a prohibited item then, Fastway Worldwide Express does not take any liability or is at fault. Additional charges will be applied to dispose or return shipment to origin.

Calculate the volumetric weight of your shipment. Sometimes, large items with a light overall weight can be charged according to the space they take up on aircraft. In these cases, Volumetric Weight, or dimensional (Dim) weight, is used to calculate the shipment cost.

It is recommended that you calculate the Volumetric Weight for every shipment that you send, then compare this to its actual weight. The greater weight of the two is used to work out the price that we charge you.

International Volumetric Weights are calculated using the formula below:

Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000=Volumetric Weight in kilograms
